02 - How Do I Shop Online?
Please feel free to browse our products at your leisure by either using the products menu at the top of the homepage, or the menu bar at the left of the homepage. Once you have found a product that you like, please click the 'Add' button and follow the on screen instructions, completing the required information. Once you have finished, you will then receive a confirmation of your order via email. |

03 - What Happens When I Place An Order Online
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Delivery is normally next working day if in stock and order placed before 2 p.m, otherwise 2 working days if placed after 2 p.m. or on a weekend / Bank Holiday). If your dress is not in stock, we will email you the date in which we will be able to deliver the dress and give you the option to continue with the sale or cancel it. If you have any problems, please email us at enquiries@prom69.com quoting your order number and a time that would be convenient for us to contact you and we will deal with your query as quickly and efficiently as possible. |

04 - Can I order by phone?
If you would like to order by phone, please call us on 020 8207 5493 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. At all other times, please leave a message with your name, phone number and time of day when you would like to be contacted and one of our representatives will contact you. If you can also mention what style and size you are interested in, this will enable us to respond faster to your needs. |

05 - Do you have any stores where I can try on a dress?
Unfortunately we are an online store only. |

06 - Do you have a paper catalogue?
As all of our styles are shown on the web, we do not have a paper catalogue. |

07 - Is it safe to order online?
Providing a secure environment for your order information is our top priority. Your credit card information is safe with us. Taking advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, Dynastyonline.com ensures the security of your online transaction. SSL technology is the industry standard for encryption, and ensures a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet. 08 - How do I know what size to order?
To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a size chart with each style. While you are viewing a dress, click on the link for extra information and it will appear in a pop-up window (please be sure to disable your popup blocker). If your measurements fall in-between two sizes, we suggest that you choose the larger size, and have your own seamstress alter it according to your specific body measurements. Alternatively, please feel free to email your measurements to us at enquiries@prom69.com and we will be happy to help advise you as to the best size. |

09 - How do I see what's in my shopping basket?
At any time while you are shopping, you can click on the view basket icon at the top right hand corner to view all items in your shopping basket. |

10 - What about returns and exchanges?
At Prom69 we strive to ensure that our dresses are of the highest quality and that they reach you in the same condition. If however, you are dissatisfied for any reason with a purchase, returns and exchanges are hassle free.
If you find that the product you have received is note for you, please inform us within three days of receiving it by clicking on the 'Customer Services' menu on the homepage and then using the 'return a product' link. Please complete the form and one of our representatives will then contact you with a return authorization number. Please note that this authorization number will only be valid for the next 7 days after issue and so please return your product back to us within this time frame. Dresses must be returned in the original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customer's expense. Please note that "Original condition" implies that the garment has not been worn, except to try it on for fit and appearance. Once the garment is received and inspected, a prompt refund or exchange will be issued, subject to all conditions being satisfied. Please note that an administration charge of £10 will be deducted per order, from the total refunded amount. Please also note that we will not accept returns without a return authorisation number, which must be written on the front of the package. Please note that items marked with (+) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send that parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please complete the return form, stating this in the reason for return box and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Dynasty Online for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. These items are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name. Order cancellations must be made using the 'Order Cancellation' selection in the 'My Accounts' Menu. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. |

11 - After a return, when will my credit card be credited?
Please allow 2 weeks for your returned package to reach us and be examined. As soon as we have received and inspected your returned order, we will credit your credit card and send you a confirmation by post. |

12 - What forms of payment do you accept
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You may pay by cheque, however, please note that the dress will only be dispatched once funds have cleared. We also accept paypal payments. |

13 - What about privacy?
Here at Prom69, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your details are not disclosed and that no unauthorised third party will receive any of your details. Please read our Privacy Policy for further details. |

14 - What are your shipping rates?
For shipping to mainland UK, shipping will be £2.95 for next day delivery by courier for all orders. All redeliveries will be charged £10 redelivery fee. For all other countries, please consult our shipping table when you add your product to the basket. |

15 - Do you ship everywhere in the world?
Yes! When you place an International Order (shipping to countries other than the UK) you must choose the International shipping choice on the order form. Your shipping will then go according to the country you wish us to send it to. You will be responsible to pay for any taxes or custom duties payable in your own country when your dress arrives there. |

16 - How long will it take to get my order?
If your order is in stock and the order is placed before 2 p.m., it will be delivered to you the next working day. If the order is placed after 2 p.m. or on a weekend / bank holiday, it will take two working days. If the dress is not in stock, we will email you the earliest date that you can have the dress and you will have the option to continue with the purchase or not. |

17 - Can I have a personally tailored dress?
You can have any dress you like personally tailored. Please send us your measurements and the style and colour of the dress you would like. This service takes 4 weeks from order. Please note there will be a surcharge for this service. |

18 - How can my bridesmaids, friends and family help me choose my dress?
Here at Prom69, we understand that choosing the right dress is a daunting experience and that our customers would like the opinion of their friends and family. We have therefore got a feature which allows you to email product pictures to a friend. When you have found a product that you are interested in, please click the 'email a friend' link in the user facilities box, in the bottom left hand section of your screen. You will the be able to email images of the product to a friend. |
